Staff are hard working people. Food is good. The major problem is last summer & this summer the air conditioner is never working. I called the office last year a few times to complain & nothing was ever done about it. Yesterday I went & lots of people walked out without purchasing any food. We cant sit in heat & eat the food. My family & friends we all say the same thing. Never spend our money KFC. We all went to popeyes & sat & ate comfortably in air conditioner. . We are never going back to KFC anymore. Chicken was overcooked, oily and old. Just spent $30 and I couldn't eat it. It was garbage. The pieces were small...you can tell they lost the passion. I'm pissed off bc it is going to the garbage. Waste of money.
