I placed a drive thru order that included Coca Cola sodas, but the drinks were extremely watery and had no flavor at all. It seemed like the machine had not been cleaned. I informed the staff, and they asked me to choose a different drink. I chose Sprite, but it had the exact same issue. One employee tried the drinks herself, and her reaction immediately confirmed the problem. If I could have given a 0 I would have. For the past several times I have been getting burnt food. People are paying money for their food and getting burnt food. This is UNACCEPTABLE! The manager needs to observe his staff better. This will be the last time. There is another KFC on Boston Rd. This is very upsetting!
This place never has anything and if you order through the app it won’t even tell you if the item is out of stock.
