This is my 2nd time placing an order through the app. The 2nd time receiving confirmation that my order was ready. The 2nd time I've came in and had to wait an additional 5 minutes. The 2nd time of standing behind at least 2 other parties... without a front counter person in sight. Don't expect anyone to offer you a warm welcome. On this visit, my order was/is wrong and I received the top half of a biscuit . Like, WTH??
Do or the most part this establishment is the epitome of fast food. Everyone was nice enough. Nothing exceptional.
If you value your time, patience, and sanity, DO NOT GO THERE! Doesn't matter what day of the week or time, this restaurant is in close competition with another fast food chain in Hampton as the slowest restaurant. Amd for the love of everything, check your bag before leaving. It's a very high chance something is wrong.
Think I got food poisoning. Got diarrhea after eating there.
I came to the drive thru at 11am I should've known better because there was only 3 cars in the parking lot but I proceeded on to the drive thru and there I sat for 5 minutes before driving away.
