Haven't been to a KFC in years and now I remember why let's start at the beginning. I ordered the #4 meal which on their menu board states it a 3 piece tender meal. I was eating there and they bagged my order so I didn't actually get to see what I received until I sat down. What I received a 4 piece chicken meal, thus the $17.17 total.. Half the chicken was soggy; the other half was overcooked. The soggy part was also very greasy. A wing was also still attached to the breast on two pieces of chicken. —— I could not use the Mobile app to take advantage of the free eight piece bucket of chicken. The mobile app did not work.
