Terrible! Disgusting! The manager named fawn is a horrible person. Never coming back here or to any other kfc again.
My husband got a original chicken strip meal and the chicken was hard it had been left in the fryer/oven to long and the fries were ice cold. Our son got a chicken sandwich meal and his fries were also cold and his drink was bad it was nothing but seltzer where it needed to be changed out.
For the 3rd night in a roll finally had 1 potpie which was half of a potpie and they had no white chicken only dark at 7pm place is ridiculous . They close at 10pm why does this happen during the week and the weekend. Go to gray tn they will take care of you better
This is the first time I’ve been to this restaurant. Everyone was very nice and polite. Good customer service. I’ll definitely go back when we are craving KFC.
The chicken breasts were old and dry, it appeared that they were left in the warming oven for a few hours. The cole slaw was bitter with very little dressing. On a Saturday night at dinner time the dining area was empty. The napkins were the same paper towels used in restrooms. No tray, just a bag for dine in orders. There were no condiments were to be found. We will be looking to Greenville or Kingsport for our next KFC fix.
