Terrible customer service. On a cold, rainy day, I went in with my three-year-old son, who needed to use the restroom. We were both hungry. As we entered, the employee who waited on me was sitting at the outdoor tables with her cell phone in hand. I come and purchase food here every Tuesday due to being around. Every time I come in this establishment the “manager” is wrong behind the counter messy and rude. Hes bad leadership rubs on the employee, Today the employee have attitude when asking for ketchups because she she’s she can. Same on phone they are rude I have a for well int they could do something bad to your food when getting them moody. Hes on the picture now hiding.. and standing when he was drinking two ensures and other food at register

This location is robbing people. The $20 build a bucket is supposed to include 4 individual sides. Which includes Fries, mash potatoes, mac and cheese, and coleslaw. They’re telling people that if you choose Fries as one of your options it’s a up charge. When you order this meal online there’s no up charge for fries. The advertisement in the store, no where on the advertisement does it say there’s an up charge for Fries. Simply put they’re robbing people. False advertising their products.
