It depends on who is working the women are very nice. The men are rude and disrespected my client who has autism. He asked them for 3 minutes if he could use the bathroom. After three minutes they screamed at him and told him the bathroom doesn't work. We eat here all of the time but now we aren't coming back. The West Indian men were rude and tried to fight my client who has Autism.
This is quite possibly the worst KFC I've been to. The staff clearly don't want to be here and don't want to serve you. The cashier "Melisia" is leaning on the register, head in her hand and and waits for you to know when to start ordering because she won't say a thing. No greeting no "what would you like?" It shouldn't feel like the last thing they want to do is serve you, put in a little effort - it'll go a long way.
Even if you stand in front of the counter for 30 minutes nobody’s gonna help you, staff continuously ignores the delivery riders i suggest every rider don’t pick orders from this location they don’t respect the delivery guys at all, very rude and not helping at all
