Every time I go, i do not get what i order. It never fails. To night i didn't get my biscuits this has happened so many times at this KFC. It is terrible. They wont even answer the phone when you call them. Never get orders right..
We stopped Here on our way to Joplin Missouri. This place although was clean, the service was awful. The cashier who took the order was very rude. They had no extra crispy chicken and she was telling people it would be a 45 min wait for it. The mashed potatoes had been in the warmer too long. The replaced mashed potatoes looked better but were not hot. The water was not r.o. it tasted straight out of a lake. We will not eat there again.
This kfc/taco bell has come a long way from what it used to be. I heard things had changed so i decided to give it another try and i was not disappointed. The food was hot and really good and the service i received was friendly and fast. It looks like theyre in the process of changing some things out and the decor is looking a lot better as well. My family and i will definitely be returning.
Absolute worst experience at a fast food place I have ever had. The service was horrible, even though there were 10 people working. The food was all over cooked and tasted as if it has been just sitting there all morning. The cole slaw was spoiled. I usually am very laid back but this appalled me.
The service at this establishment is absolutely horrible! On a Saturday night at 10:30, I waited in the drive thru for a total of 15 mins (5 at the intercom and 10 at the window). According to the store hours posted best the menu, they were supposed to be open for another hour and a half. I will NEVER eat at that KFC/Taco Bell again!
