It was okay, but just okay.
I sent in an order for my sister on her walk home. I made sure the “pickup” option was available and not just “drive through” as she was walking. She gets there and the lobby is closed (it was 8pm) and they talked to her through the drive through speaker and refused to give her the food. Suggested she get it door dashed to the kfc location so a car could pick it up and give it to her in the parking lot?? Called the store and the line just rings and rings forever and no answer.
