Very poor service this is KFC needs to be shut down and I’m quite wondering myself when corporate is going to come in and intervene. Had an employee tell me today if you know we get your order wrong every time why don’t you ask us for a receipt every time? Is this some sort of joke? This is ridiculous. Do not go to the KFC location in Albuquerque on Central and Louisiana. They are the worst location ever. 3 times now in a row they have gotten my order completely wrong. The staff is very rude and unfriendly. They make sure to not give you a receipt. So you cannot dispute the wrong order. When I have asked for my money back they give me a hard time. I was a first-time KFC customer, and the experience was shameful. The Manager (I believe it was a lady) was rude, unfriendly, and not fit to serve any customer. I was shut down and almost not allowed to speak when making an order. S/he was quite impatient, even though no customer was waiting after me at the time. I complained to the cashier, asking if they don't welcome new customers in KFC. When she asked if anything was wrong, I told her the person who took the order was impatient. Is this really chicken? The bone structure is odd. I don't think I've ever eaten a chicken with the bones and cartilage and meat put together like ths before.
