Absolutely the worst fast food experience of my life. I arrived at 6:40, entered the restaurant to find pure chaos: 15 customers standing around griping about the wait for their food, no one taking orders at the register, and DoorDash and UnerEats drivers frantically trying to contact their customers saying food is unavailable, requesting substitutions. I ordered a chicken chalupa(no sour cream or tomato)and a dorito taco. They had me pull to the front to wait. I waited for 10min and my chalupa was beef(chicken costs more than beef). I go inside to get it fixed and all the workers were in the back of the store sitting down ignoring me. I had to say "Hello" to even be acknowledged.
