It's one of the best KFC's I have been to.
Hopkinsville’s KFC has to be the laziest and least customer service oriented location in the United States. Somehow, they’re the only location that can’t consistently keep items that are listed on the menu in-stock, whether or not they are really “out” or just too lazy to make it is unknown.
I asked for the family meal chicken tenders the 16 piece. They said that it's going to take some time to cook because I didn't have enough. I said okay how long is it going to take. They said 15 minutes. No caveats nothing like that. 30 minutes later I have yet to receive my food. Then I go inside I asked for a refund. They give me my refund and I asked for a copy of the refund receipt. The only thing that they told me is they can only give me the original receipt back.
