The experience that l had at the KFC in Carson on Figueroa and Carson Street . Was so awesome l keep going back . There customer service is so outstanding . I had to ask Susana the manager how can l give a great review of excellence period .

10 minutes in the restaurant waiting for somebody to help me then I asked for chicken pot pie and he said they won't have any ready for 20 minutes
45 minutes wait for an order then the order was incorrect. Staff needs retraining ,extremely slow service
