I stopped in today as I was passing through the area. I was very happy to find an establishment so exceedingly clean. The employees were very polite, the food was good and was hot. Service was very quick. One of the best experiences I have ever had with fast food!
Customer service was horrendous. My friend went to ask for pickles for my sandwiches, and waited there for 5 minutes nearly. A manager walked right past looking at her phone the entire time. We finally spoke to them as they were bringing another customer’s food out and asked. When asked they gave us attitude and said they had none. The only good thing was the food. It was fresh and tasted great.
This location is the epitome of disappointment. The workers stand behind the counter and ignore customers pointing to the kiosk. They are rude and dismissive. Definitely one of the most disappointing establishments.
Just went through the drive through. Ordered extra crispy and got plain. Very poor customer service.
