My KFC experience was pleasant. I had to wait for my fresh chicken which came out extremely hot. Just the way I like it. So I love the fact that they tell you that your chicken is going to be up in a few minutes and they stick to it. The environment is clean. Their attitude toward the customer. Is subtle and calm? Most disgusting thing I’ve ever eaten
customer service is terrible, the older lady taken orders does not properly take them , took our order repeated it back but still didn't ring in half the order . so after waiting over 15 min ( in a place that was not busy ) , was told this is all that is on receipt, no I'm sorry , no let me fix that. the menu board on wall states the meals come with drink & fries and we were told no we don't do that anymore , but the sign is there and no sign anywhere stating any difference 🤔 then take it down .. poor customer service, all ... read more
Have not been to this KFC in months so I thought I would try it again. Wrong more gravy than potatoes corn was hard and at first the chicken skin looked burnt but the meat was undercooked. Lots of liquid in the box. No utensils or napkins so I guess I will eat with my fingers Not going back again
