Took forever, didn't get my sauce, tenders were soggy, biscuit was shredded, & fries were cold. For a 20 minute wait in the drive through I expect to get hot food & what I ordered. Worst KFC I have ever visited. Will not go back.
Always has friendly staff. Fast service and hot and fresh food.
Ordered 8 piece crispy chicken on 9-23-25. Chicken was over fried crust to hard and to much pepper in flower mix.
Forgot the chicken in my famous bowl, otherwise everything was ok. Don't know how you forget the chicken in a place that specializes in chicken though. Lol
