if i could give 0 stars i would. i am watching my 1 year old son eat chicken and notice the piece he was eating had a CLUMP of hair intertwined in it. as if it was fried with the hair on it. not only was hair in the chicken but also was in the mashed potatoes. i am absolutely never eating here again. i am so sick to my stomach
They never have chicken at a CHICKEN restaurant… and they stop cooking like 3 hours before they close. And who ever is making the chicken should be fired.
Charles County Maryland Health Department needs to be flagged, I recently visted this KFC on 08 March 2026, Late Sunday afternoon, I walked in and I was disgusted, a Manager was preparing orders for drive-thru and was not wearing gloves. I litterally watched her use her bare hand and grab chicken out of the warmers to make a meal. I kindly ask her "Ma'am where are your gloves", and her response was "I washed my hand they are clean" I kindly asked her subordinate are you suppose to wear gloves she nodded. Cashier was very rushed even though I was literally the only person in the restaurant. Gave me the wrong sides then corrected it then realized my 3 piece was only a dry 2 piece. Employees cant read or count. Do better if that's possible
