Charles County Maryland Health Department needs to be flagged, I recently visted this KFC on 08 March 2026, Late Sunday afternoon, I walked in and I was disgusted, a Manager was preparing orders for drive-thru and was not wearing gloves. I litterally watched her use her bare hand and grab chicken out of the warmers to make a meal. I kindly ask her "Ma'am where are your gloves", and her response was "I washed my hand they are clean" I kindly asked her subordinate are you suppose to wear gloves she nodded. Cashier was very rushed even though I was literally the only person in the restaurant. Gave me the wrong sides then corrected it then realized my 3 piece was only a dry 2 piece. Employees cant read or count. Do better if that's possible
Food is good and the employees are nice
I placed an order that I have ordered multiple times before. Upon realizing my order was incorrect, I immediately returned the food to the restaurant. When I attempted to calmly explain the issue to the cashier, another employee—an older woman named Taiya—interrupted the conversation and rudely stated that I had placed the order incorrectly. Tried to charge me $15.89 for 5 tenders a small fries no drink no biscuit. Insanity! In this economy??? Drove away and didn’t order. This is an absolute joke. KFC isn’t accessible or affordable anymore.
