I ordered a doordash order. I didn't get the desert and condiments that came with my meal that I specifically asked for when ordering online one item was completely missing one of the main dishes and the chicken tenders were not completely cooked through
I came here I believe right before the 4th and the customer service was top notch. The young gentleman who helped me was really trying hard to sell me those little cakes but I have been carving my sweet tooth but if I wasn't he would've convinced me to buy it lol I will come here again
I ordered a three-piece all white meal with mashed potatoes and gravy and none of the chicken was white it was all dark meat. They told me they didn't have white meat it would be at least a 15 to 20 minute wait for them to cook it and refused to refund my money. So now I have no refund and no meal. I was also not given a receipt and then told I didn't order what I asked for. This place sucks.
Those guys in there were doing their own thing and brought me cold sandwiches and fries
