Horrible service, I ordered the most simple thing in the world. Just a 6 pcs with a ranch and instead got a 5 pcs with no ranch. At this point just go to the nursing home and hire people with dementia, they will do a better job than whoever you have working there right now
This place needs to be closed the chicken taste like old grease! It's greasy and dark
National pot pie day. First and last visit to this KFC location. Pot pie was good, although the crust had an artificial taste. Dining area was dirty. 11:24 and no diners in the building, yet several tables had chunks of food, looked greasy. Bussed a table myself to provide a clean area to eat. Paint peeling (a lot) on walls. Workers did not greet and just appeared (to me) to be generally unhappy we were there.
Went to the drive thru tonight at 9:50pm, sat for about three minutes before saying something to the speaker. Then backed up and pulled back up, waited another 3 minutes to see if the workers would respond. Nothing… I pulled around and they were playin the in dining room, and sitting on the counters without headsets on. The doors were locked so I wasn’t able to get food. Sad this happens when you have 16/17 year olds working without an adult present.
The worst fast food restaurant in all of harford County. Staff is full of poor attitude and service. Never has half the menu.
