I get that the people using the drive-thru are too busy to come inside to order, but I came inside, ordered food that was already cooked and STILL I had to wait until everyone who came in after me were waited on, as well as the 5 cars passing through the drive-thru. And then had the lovely young girl, who had just handled 5 other people's money, throw my food into a box and hand it to me. I wouldn't return to this particular KFC if they PAID me to.
