Food it's KFC. Service and everything else about this place.... Terrible. Went to drive thru said you might want to come inside we are backed up. Walked in... not a single person in the lobby got 5 cars parked outside. Took 10 minutes to take my order had to wait on half the food to get cooked. 3 people showed up for online orders... their orders were 10+ minutes to be ready as I was walking out. Terrible Terrible Terrible. Avoid this place at all cost.
At 4:30pm I ordered pickup for 6:30 pm. I walked in at 6:26 and was told they were bagging it up. I was then told they would need to sub or wait while they cooked more regular recipe. Meanwhile the manager was more interested in the new posters vs the operation of the restaurant. My recommendation is if you really want KFC go to another location.
Very expensive for mediocre food. Twelve freaking dollars got me four bland chicken tenders, a handful of potato wedges stuck in the purgatory between crispy and soggy, and some of the lamest Diet Pepsi on the planet. The biscuit was my favorite part, and that's just sad. Just go to the neighboring Taco Bell or McDonald's. If you want chicken tenders, go up Montgomery Road to Raising Cane's. Anything but this KFC.
He seemed very empty, and the food took longer than expected, but the food was good. Service was fine. Nothing special. It was also kind of messy. They didn’t have straws or lids. We had to ask for them.
