The employees were friendly. Service was amazing. Food was cooked to order. The best KFC I've had in a really long time.
Take the reviews seriously. I visiting from California and fully understand why the originally Colonel Sanders stopped having his Kentucy Fried Chicken used for this KFC garbage. That's what my order tonight was, notwithstanding my being told by an aloof, unconcerned young man who prepared my order. Angry combative lazy employees. Yelling at some old guy. Can't even get a to go order ready in less then an hour. Go to popeyes. Way better. They'll be out of chicken too but at least it wont take them an hour and dont seem bothered by customers wanting to order food. Obviously no manager works here
We ordered a large bucket of chicken, 16 pieces. The chicken was extremely greasy and packed into the bucket, so tight that we couldn’t get a piece out intact. The sides were also very small in the biscuits subpar. I would refrain from ordering takeout from this restaurant.
The food was Luke warm and dry.The drive thru has a big hole in it . Be careful you don't mess up your car ordering in the drive thru. The food and service used to be fast and good not sure what happened.
