⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to give a special thank you to Mary (manager) at this KFC location for truly amazing customer service. After having a pretty frustrating day and a disappointing experience at another location, Mary completely turned my experience around. I ordered thru drive thru and had to wait. She came out personally to make sure my order was correct, made sure I got what I needed, listened to what happened, and genuinely cared about making sure I left happy. Came in and waited for 10 minutes at the front and no one said anything. Then when I said something they got an attitude and said they were working on it. The white guy in the back with long hair cooking the food yelled at me then threw the chicken fingers on the table like he didn’t care. It was disgusting. He used those to prepare the food, I’m sure the people had no idea how their food was treated before it made it to them. DO NOT GO HERE. Not clean and rude!
I am done with this store. Three times in 4-months the order has been incorrect. I think the plan is short people’s takeout and delivery orders and hope they don’t notice until they are away from the store and they don’t follow-up. I just said why I stopped going there…I should have listened to head.
Pretty quick service through the drive through but the food we got seemed to be old, made earlier in the day and was just sitting.. that’s why I’m giving it 3 stars
