Normalmente no me gusta hablar asi en especi cuando se que hay gente hispana en los trabajos... Hoy fui a la tienda KFC a las 10.30 AM y estaba la tienda cerrada, despues a las 11 y aun seguia cerrada espere unos minutes apox 15 y fue cuando abieron la tienda. Entre a la tienda y abia musica muy alterada y se le gritaba a los empleados con malas palabras el servicion es pecimo no lo recomiendo. El manager estaba de mal humor y diciendo malas palabras eso no es apropiado.
This KFC already has terrible reviews so of course the trend continues. I was not able to get any food at 1115am when their hours were to open at 10am. I Went through the drive thru no one answered, I went to the front door and tried opening it, locked. Someone that worked there looked at me and just walked behind the wall. No sign, no announcement, no decency. People were waiting for their mobile deliveries as no one came. Came through the drive thru and had to wait 30 minutes just to get my order which was only 4 items. Not to mention the guy at the drive thru window was super rude. Basically acting like I was inconvenience to him. I was the only car in the drive thru!!! I could hear him talking smack in Spanish which I chose not to speak up as I just wanted to get my food and leave. Completely unprofessional and such a waste of time and money. Too bad corporate won’t do anything about it like usual. Do better KFC!!!
The mobile order was pretty fast and the nuggets were real chicken.
