The app has an item they dont have anymore and they were very nice and let me trade it out for another item. They were really nice about it :) all the food was hot and fresh and you could tell they were working hard to keep up!

Just wow... To start with I nearly took a header on the greasy lobby floor. Then I was made to sit 20 minutes after my order was supposedly "ready". As I watched numerous drive thru customers come and go. And a woman come in, complain to the manager, place an order and leave all while I stood watching. At no point was I ever greeted or even acknowledged as a person in this store, until I made a complaint about waiting. I expect some slowness out of KFC but this one really took the cake.
