One person said that the staff were white racist, which is ridiculous. I'm as white as you can be, and they were very pleasant. It must have been something else about this guy that bothered them. Maybe that he's already differentiating based on race. Anyway, this is one of those places where the food is either really good or not so good. Three stars for the great service and sometimes great food. I did go there once when it was supposed to be open and the doors were locked. Staffing issues??

Ordered extra crispy white meat and received dark original recipe and when I called the restaurant they didn’t answer.

I've tired to pick up doordash deliveries from here multiple times. No one will answer in the drive thru, and the doors are always locked. When you do finally get to talk to someone they tell you to go through the drive thru.

Seems like they false advertise their hours. Drove 20 mins to find out they were CLOSED! This place better get its act together.

Good is usually great this time not so much chicken was mainly bones very little meat on the bones, prices on dice thru menu did not match what came up on the register, brought it to the managers attention he just said it was someone else's responsibility and that several others had complained about the same thing. Even the biscuits were smaller than usual. Very disappointing this time.
