The store has struggled over the years. Sometimes ran by kids. However when they get an older adult to be in charge things change. However tonight was a joke. I went through the drive Thur around 9 pm ordered 2 famous bowls and fries. The older woman working the window had me pay then drive around through the drive Thur again. She said they were waiting on fries. It was my turn again and food was still not ready. I've given this location multiple chances. It's always one situation after the other. Either they're short staffed, and cannot cover the amount of people coming in, they're out of the food you ordered, or the order is wrong.
Every time I give kfc a chance they remind me why Popeyes is better. Got the original chicken sandwich which was sooooo dry i gave it to my dog, also got a famous bowl and the pieces of "chicken" were just small bundles of breading with very little chicken. On a weird note, I pulled up to the drive thru and paid, no one else in line, she said will you drive around the building and pick up your food right here... what?
