I got my 12 piece family meal they gave me 1 bic and no gravy every time I go in there it’s a problem they need to figure it out and learn to do there job there is only one girl in there that knows what she is doing
KFC has gone so far down...NEVER AGAIN will I waste my money there. They are now using dark stringy meat in the pot pies, which they used to specify that it was white breast meat, cheapening the whole experience. Not to mention, those instant mashed potatoes are sickening. And if you order online and you get wings, just know that they do not sauce them anymore, even though the app asks you what sauce you want on them. Messiah is the best employee I've seen work here. He's a brown skin African American guy he's always fast and professional. My order is always right when he's there, my family appreciates your customer service and hard work young man. You're destined for greatness.
Edit to post: we ALL woke up sick as dogs this morning! Stomachaches & throwing up. Never again will we go back to KFC in Jefferson! Ordered a bucket of 6 piece chicken, 6 piece tenders, mashed potatoes and gravy, Mac and cheese, 4 biscuits. Added 4 more biscuits and potatoes wedges with cheese on the app. When my husband got there, he grabbed and went home instead of checking. They forgot our potato wedges and cheese.
