I got my 12 piece family meal they gave me 1 bic and no gravy every time I go in there it’s a problem they need to figure it out and learn to do there job there is only one girl in there that knows what she is doing
KFC has gone so far down...NEVER AGAIN will I waste my money there. They are now using dark stringy meat in the pot pies, which they used to specify that it was white breast meat, cheapening the whole experience. Not to mention, those instant mashed potatoes are sickening. And if you order online and you get wings, just know that they do not sauce them anymore, even though the app asks you what sauce you want on them.
