Had to pay almost 3 dollars for 1 biscuit and it was raw in the middle.
We ordered at 1:03 and i had to walk up to the counter after everyone that came in behind us already got their food and left. Asked where was our order cause it had already been 25 minutes since we ordered. Then it took 10 more minutes for us to actually get our food. Cashier was rude and could tell she didn't want to be there. She didn't properly listen to what we were actually ordering. Took over 30 minutes to get our food. Had to yo go up there and ask where our food was and that we had already waited over 25 minutes then when they finally gave us our food the order still got messed up even though they jad our receipt to go by. Will nit be going back there.
Chicken was so hard could bite into it. Coleslaw was sour. Will never eat this location again. Disgusting
Rude service. Ignorant workers. Need alot of customer service training. UPDATE: Ordered on the app at 12. Said it would be already in 10-15 min. Got to the place at 1220. No food. Waited 20 more minutes and left the store with food at 1250. I dont get why its hard to have food ready esp when you see its an order on the app.
