The manger and her crew where very nice and understanding and helped me place a very nice order for my family

Absolutely terrible food, no drinks, out of Pepsi products, out of coleslaw. Chicken is tough, difficult to chew. My order of hot wings and wedge fries with coleslaw, when I arrived home and opened the box I had wings only. It took four calls back to the store before someone answered. I was told to come in for a replacement meal. I went the next day and was given another meal in place of the hot wings but no coleslaw. The entire experience with the 15221 KFC was disappointing.
