Best customer service!
Horrible, if you have a car, go somewhere else! I say in the drive through for more than a half hour only to be told "I'm helping my friend pack orders, come in if you want". No getting at all before that, this is poor management, and poor customer service, poor time and organizational management. Don't waste time or money.
Go there the signs on the doors say they open at 10:30 AM… You go there at 10:35 AM and the guy on the inside shakes his head. No, they’re not open yet?! It’s a shame that its hard supporting businesses in urban areas!! It’s always something with this KFC on Penn Avenue in Wilkinsburg!! Get it together!
