Took over 10 minutes to get a large fry (order was placed online ahead of time as well). I don't think I need to say anything else.
The customer service from the store manager and district manager was unacceptable. We ordered on the app for pick up, and were told "we don't have an app pick up order". When I showed them my receipt, they then said the app has been having problems today. Where has customer service gone?! Why couldn't they have said " we're SORRY", we've been having difficulty with our app today. Instead, I get rude attitude and "its not my problem" from the store manager. The employees there are raggedy and don't seem to care waited 15 minutes and no chicken had even been dropped to cook i can only imagine thier manager probably raggedy too don't waist your time there.
