The last 4 times I’ve been to this place I’ve waited 15 minutes in the drive thru and then had to drive around and park and go in and get told that the drive thru doesn’t register pickup trucks. Then 3 out of the 4 times I order and I’m always missing food. Today spent $65 on food and only got half of it. So I called the store and they said they were going to make it right so I went back for my food and waited 30 minutes for my food and during that time the employees messed up 2 more people’s orders. This place is soooooo slow. I even order ahead to give them more time and it's no help. 1 single meal should not take 25-30 minutes. I couldn't tell you the number of times something has been missing or I've received the wrong item

This is kind of two reviews in one. Came here with a friend the other day, ordered a famous bowl with the popcorn chicken instead of the regular nasty chicken. Guy was nice and did it, plus I’ve seen plenty of other places doing it. It was SO GOOD. I give him and the staff my greatest gratitude that day. come back with my husband like two days after.
