I would give a zero if I could. We are tired of ordering 1 or 2 items and being asked to pull around to the front when there is no one behind us. Then, 20 minutes later, one of us has to go inside because they forgot about us. Its one thing if they were short staffed and slammed, but when we were there, the inside was empty and staff were twiddling their thumbs. Manager was extremely rude. Update: They are now under new management and service is very much improved.
The food here was fine. Nothing spectacularly good nor spectacularly bad. However you CANNOT have it your way here. No, no, no. Don't you dare try to swap something out in your meal combo. Apparently Burger King is the place to go if you wanna have it your way. Or like that episode of the Simpsons where Marge has a nervous breakdown and she goes to Rancho Relaxo and Troy McClure says, 'Have it Your Way, Baby!" Old/chewy nuggets were served. Upon ask of new nuggets, employee made a bad face and got the new nuggets without any apology. Very bad service!
