Old/chewy nuggets were served. Upon ask of new nuggets, employee made a bad face and got the new nuggets without any apology. Very bad service!
Took my mother in law for a late lunch. Food was good, but wondering what staff is doing there, since I could hear them saying they weren't able to get anything done because yet another fking vehicle was pulling in. Are you over working your staff at $15.50/hr? Are you not there to serve food to customer?
I would give a zero if I could. We are tired of ordering 1 or 2 items and being asked to pull around to the front when there is no one behind us. Then, 20 minutes later, one of us has to go inside because they forgot about us. Its one thing if they were short staffed and slammed, but when we were there, the inside was empty and staff were twiddling their thumbs. Manager was extremely rude.
