We ordered a family deal and they asked us to pull in front of the restaurant to wait for the food. We then waited and watched over a dozen cars pull through and receive their food. Each time a worker came out and took a few hits from her vape pen with food in hand. At the 50 minute mark the same worker was walking back in from giving another car their order and said "2 more minutes for your mac and cheese". When we got home we were short 8 chicken tenders and the food was clearly not fresh. We will not be back.
My wife and I ordered off of door dash. I got the completely wrong order of chicken. I asked for thigh and leg and received 5 piece tenders. My wife completely got the wrong side and neither one of us got our potato wedges. My wife even received the wrong drink and their excuse was we are super busy. This is an example of bad leadership on the line and in management. Never getting KFC again
I order straight online and they’ve done it right every time 🤷♂️ in and out pickup.
