Food was cold and hardly any gravy on the potatoes. Very dissatisfied

If I could give a negative rating, it would be -100. Placed a DoorDash order at 8:30. No one took the order but online it said food was being prepared. About 20 minutes go by and I switch the order to pick up. I get to the location at about 9:01, the doors were locked, lobby full and parking lot packed. I had my 4 year old son with me as well.
