This location should be shut down. Their ac is off so it’s 90 degrees in the lobby. They took forever to even notice I was there goofing off in the back. Then after the guy in drive thru noticed me, he said nothing and continued working in drive thru. When the other person (manager) noticed me she did the same. No “I’ll be right with you” or anything just ignored me. So I left and went to the Popeyes a couple of blocks away that never ignores customers. Please close this location. A regrettable decision. Food was all a sodium bomb. Straws are flimsy and cup lids are too stiff, so you break the straw trying to get it in your cup. Apparently we exhausted the attendants patience by ordering drinks after the food order... how dare we!? She made us back up because she didn't want us waiting for the food right by her window -perhaps my wife and kids looked threatening?
My experience at this KFC was extremely disappointing. The customer service was very poor, and what bothered me the most was that customers are not allowed to use the restroom. The restaurant has tables where people can sit and eat their meals, yet the restroom is not available for customers. I found this to be very inconsiderate and disrespectful to paying customers. Combined with the poor service, it made for a very negative experience. I would not recommend this location.
I had the pot pie for the first time it was dry. The vegetables were practically nonexistent. What was there were smashed I also had the macaroni and cheese for the first time. It just didn’t do it for me. I was really disappointed because I had heard great things for the pot pie and I was really hoping it would be great. I don’t know why it’s so hard to get good mac & cheese. I can’t fault KFC lots of places have it none of them really taste that good.
