The worst experience ever! I just finished working a 14 hour day on highway 405. I am a carpenter. I went to grab dinner. There was only 1 other car besides .me and they were inside. They forgot my main box of chicken. I immediately called. The lady wanted to take my name and call me back. I gave her my name and told her I was coming back. Asked for no mayo on the sandwich. They can't seem to get it right.
This location was the worst. I waited over 20 minutes for my food after being asked if I could pull into parking spot #1 to just wait a few minutes while they make the fries. WHAT A LIE. When I was brought my food it was a younger woman and she did not even apologize. When I complained about how long I waited she still didn’t apologize and told me that she was just told to make the order.
