This location desperately needs a overhaul. The wait times in the drive thru and lobby are excessive. They are always out of menu items. The food you do receive is over cooked or cooked 3 hours prior to your visit, and sloppy. General Management needs to step in and help the staff ASAP!!!

Ordered on line, 20 minutes later, no food. Teller couldn't tell me why my food wasn't ready and said a 30 minute wait. Waited ,20 minutes, made a scene and got my food. Won't go back, unless I am dying of starvation and it's the only place open!

Our experience at this KFC was like a step back in time! Upon entering the store the warm smell of fresh cooked chicken enliven the senses. The dining area was spotless. They were busy, so it took a minute or two for a very friendly young man in a clean uniform to take our order. Looking into the kitchen area, it was spotless, I mean absolutely spotless! I called at 8:04pm and asked if they have fresh chicken, worker puts me on hold and comes back and says yes ma'am. Husband gets in the car and gets there ( not even 5min down the road) pulls up to the drive thru and they tell him they are trying to close early and only chicken they have is wings and legs. We haven't eaten there in a long time because the last time we ate there my biscuit was bigger than my thigh and the money you pay for a meal isn't worth it. Now I know we are done with KFC
