First off the food is great, I have always loved KFC food, and some of the staff seem to do well with customers, but in the kitchen there is a noticable level of disorganization, toxicity, and lack of communication between the employees which will ruin the experience for some. Had to wait around 5-8 mins for a to-go order. So if you want some good chicken from here, just be prepared to hear/watch the employees bicker amongst themselves as you wait.

Been waiting for an order for ages. About 10 door dashers have come through in the meantime. They can’t handle all of the lobby customers and door dashers at once.
They definitely keep Soliman in the back for good reason. Definitely shouldn’t be in any position where he has to interact with other people. Very snappy and rude, ruined my mother’s day while she was trying to compliment how well they were doing.
21 minutes to receive food. I did not receive drink. Had to rush back to work so I did not notice it missing until too late. I don’t understand what took so long.
