Ordered from there yesterday. Pickup, family meal with 2 sides. I was missing one of my large fries and the skin of the chicken was not fresh at all. My family had a difficult time even eating it.
Horrible KFC we ordered on the app and when we got there they said the fryers were shut down for the night at 9pm and asked if I would like a diffrent side so I said sure I’ll take mashed potatoes with no gravy and what do you know they give me mashed potatoes with gravy we also did not receive the Mac and cheese we ordered and no straws in the bag

This is the first "European style" KFC I've ever been to, offering room temperature drinks at every time of day. I try to go here three times a week and, each time I do, the staff is happy to remind me that they do not have ice for their beverages. The good news is that they do not waste your time being polite or apologetic about it. They just tell it like it is.
