Dirty, broken ice maker, door not unlocked on one side, won’t return
2 pc deal for $5 all 3 of mine missing items. It clearly says comes WITH mashed potatoes never got them (checked 4 times before confirming the payment), thank God I got the extra sides I ordered this time. Couldn't even get the correct sauces for my meal. Then the manager in there complaining about a customer on the phone while im inside and people at the drive through window.
Standard KFC food - thanks for bringing back the potato wedges more) overall good food and the place is alright. I’m a fan of the original recipe strips. Fast service at the drive through. Dine-in service was restored a while back and things are as expected for KFC.
Food was good. Clarified the order twice and still came out with no drink and no bbq on sandwiches as requested. Also, they were out of the regular size buns for the chicken sandwiches. That's probably one of the main things you sell. What a disappointment. I'd also like to mention that there were literally no other customers in the building/parking lot, so it's not like everything had to be rushed.
