I had been to this location before, it's on my way home. I try to take advantage of the 8 piece for $10 Tuesdays. 1st time I did this was in December. terrible experience. No chicken ready, and after the 30 min wait, they gave me 3 wings in the bucket. I decided to try again just this last Tuesday, and had a completely different experience. When someone orders a food that needs a fork to eat give them a fork wasted 16$ on 2 famous bowls cause employees dont know the basics to eat. We live an hour away so just going home for a fork wasn't an option. Let's make more money but we cant even do the basics anymore. Do better you guys weren't even busy
