It took 16 minutes to get my drive thru order at this KFC. When I went inside to ask about it, they said that only the owner (who wasn't there) could discount my order. Also, there was food and a set of tongs on the floor. When I asked the employees why they left it there, one of they kicked it across the floor.
Tonight I ordered 3 chicken littles. 2 were supposed to be no pickles and spicy. I also ordered fries. Food did arrive quickly but the fries were cold, there were pickles on all sandwiches, and nothing was spicy. Overall not an enjoyable experience. And this is the second time they've messed up a small order.
Menus not up to date. Staff was rude and inappropriate. No manager on site. Literally dealing with 16 y/o kids not wearing gloves or washing hands. My find took 30 minutes when asked for a refund they refused. No way I would Touch the food after that interaction and experience. Will pass the word that's for sure, just disgusting.
The food is not what I remember. The service was very good. The price was a surprise, as it has been quite a while. Popeyes is still better food, as far as I am concerned. I like the spice
Best customer service and the chicken sandwiches here are way better than any other KFC.
