Don't ever bother ordering online. I'm convinced it takes longer than just using the drive-thru or counter. They don't ever seem to start making the order until you show up and ask for it, and they force you to come inside from the drive thru line anyway... Which makes no sense since if you order at the window like normal, they don't do this. Online orders should be ready a lot quicker than a standard order. Food is usually fine, but it's just always a process to get everything you ordered in a reasonable time.
Don't come here if your a dasher because they don't have the orders and they close early!
Online it says:10 AM to 10 PM I drove a large vehicle that won’t go through the drive-through. It’s 8:08 PM but the doors are locked. I am in bright yellow clothes people inside look at me, but don’t come to the door. I don’t think this is good customer service. what do you think 8 o’clock little too early to close the doors? it’s not like it’s in a bad neighborhood fairly good neighborhood.
The staff literally walked away from me after I came back for forgetting to serve me half my order, and then sat and deliberated for 20 minutes before coming back to give me the rest of WHAT I PAID FOR. I was polite and kind the entire interaction just to be stared at like I was speaking in Latin. Grandmother picked up an online order for our kids that were staying overnight. They forgot some of the items that were ordered. Wife sent me up after work to pick up missing items and I was told they were given out. Asked perhaps if it was given to wrong customer and if they could validate on camera. Worker says they have no access to camera and I wouldn't be able to pick up missing items since they were handed out.
