Rude, Rude,Employees that don’t pay attention to your orders. They have screwed up my order for the last time. The guy at the microphone said he didn’t hear my order. The box meal comes with 2 sides. The only gave me one. 2 miles down the road decided that l should have checked the bag. Went back and they said they didn’t charge me for it. I ordered it. They wanted $6 more. I asked to talk to the manager and the employee pretended she was it. Finally got the real manager and got a cold shoulder. Not going back
Never again! Went 2 weeks ago and ordered the hot honey tenders box. They put the box of fries and the biscuit inside the same container as the chicken which has sauce on it. Sauce was all over the box of fries and the biscuit. Almost none on the actual tenders. Thought I would give them another try. I ordered the same thing and requested the tenders to be separate from everything else. This time it was literally a drop of sauce in the box. What's so hard about this order. Wasted money. No more chances.
Being from the south you miss having some good chicken options. This is a great location, fresh food, friendly staff and always quick. Never had a bad experience here.
The oil they use to cook for this is very old and it tastes nasty. nuggets are wayyyyy too tiny, supposed to have 12 nuggets, didn’t got 12. Not worth it. This place sucks.
Terrible service at this location past 9 PM be aware the menu is not all available past this hour so if you’re hoping for dinner, you will not get it. The service was not that great. All you get is reasons on why they cannot fulfill your order. I was hoping for dinner and all I got was a hard cold chicken little and a half a order of french fries in which I was paid full price Ridiculous place to visit. I advise not to stop.
