I had a real bad experience with the manager of this location. She rung me out, I asked for a side of mashed potatoes with my meal. They gave me fries, I went back through and asked nicely, if they could fix it, she said she rang it in as fries so she’s not going to give me what I ordered. I’m so dissapointed, my favorite thing about this place is there potatoes and I know for a fact I didn’t order them. Please, KFC if you read this look into the management at this location.
Waited an hour past pick up time for an order placed on line. Went through the drive through and was asked to park. When they finally brought out the order the employees literally yelled about us ordering too much and not coming in to help them.
Bad customer service and just all around rude. Food takes forever to come out.
Went thru drive-thru. One car in front of us. We waited about 8 minutes behind this car that was having a conversation the whole time with the window employee. We finally left since we didn't pay yet. Very disappointing. Never again at this place.
