I don't get all of the one stars. Food was good and the staff was very nice.
Food was hot and on point. Friendly staff too!!
I only had fries because I needed to use the restroom, but it was good. Fries came out almost immediately, clean restrooms, five stars.
I drove through the KFC in Macedonia on highland road last night around 7:00 p.m.. whoever took my order over the speaker was so rude and so unprofessional. I will never go back. I usually go to the KFC in Cuyahoga falls which has always been very good, food is good, service is good. But, I'm often in the area of the Macedonia KFC. I will never stop there again. Horrible service and the food was not as good as in Cuyahoga falls.
