The girls through the drive-thru was rude. When I called to speak to a manager because she only gave me one biscuit instead of two, and didn't give me a receipt, the manager was rude and hung up on me!
Hell no !!!! Save yourself time and frustration, we didn't make it past the drive thru
Employees locked the door an hour early and wouldn’t answer in the drive thru.
My family stopped going here. You get such a better deal at Mr. Chicken in northfield and it tastes better. My mom had to go back the last time because every large side we got had literally one scoop. The containers weren’t even close to being half full. I’ve worked in customer service so I get that some days are just rough, but the service is consistently bad. Over priced food, that doesn’t even tastes that good. Like I said go to Mr. Chicken in stead, they are so good!
Rude employees. Had to leave.
