They had no chicken! The customer service was bad probably because they had no chicken. This location was off too. The building was on a main road, but the driveway was off another street. No signs for KFC so I had trouble finding the right driveway to get in.
I do not recommend going there unless you have at least a half an hour to wait. Second time there trying to order a chicken sandwich was told it would be a 10 to 15 minute wait. Last time we waited 20 minutes for a sandwich. Ridiculous I see why they're never busy
I went to the drive-thru and oh my goodness I love the customer service I received!
Don't ever bother ordering online. I'm convinced it takes longer than just using the drive-thru or counter. They don't ever seem to start making the order until you show up and ask for it, and they force you to come inside from the drive thru line anyway... Which makes no sense since if you order at the window like normal, they don't do this. Online orders should be ready a lot quicker than a standard order. Food is usually fine, but it's just always a process to get everything you ordered in a reasonable time.
