Went there at 10:30am (they open at 10:00) because my son asked me to bring him KFC to lunch for his birthday but doors were locked and no one was inside. Pretty much ruined his birthday lunch.
I have been to this location twice in the past two weeks during business hours and have yet to receive service through the drive thru. The first time the drive thru worker stated they weren't taking orders and last night I waited at the speaker for 10 minutes without a response.....I don't know what has happened to this location but it is going downhill
Was trying to order food and the worker on speaker kept asking me is that all while I was still talking and ordering very rude I just left 4/12/26 1:15pm
The girls through the drive-thru was rude. When I called to speak to a manager because she only gave me one biscuit instead of two, and didn't give me a receipt, the manager was rude and hung up on me!
