I had a great experience ordering in person because of CHAUNTE!!! She’s amazing! Very nice! Very friendly! Very polite and kind! Usually i get scared ordering in person in other KFC locations because sometimes staffs are just rude and just doesn’t care but Chaunte’s different! me and my girlfriend went I to the store to get food, and my girlfriend had to use the bathroom badly, so we asked to use it before ordering, the old Mexican lady said that we had to wait our turn and almost caused my girlfriend’s bladder to explode even though she asked, then the lady said “you need to wait for me, only customers are allowed to use the bathroom” assuming that we only came for the bathroom. luckily another worker went and opened it for her before it would've been bad, but due to this we decided to just leave... read more
