I cannot say enough good things about Ms. Monica! She is truly a phenomenal manager who goes above and beyond for her customers and team. When we needed to arrange a large food order for military members, Ms. Monica stepped in immediately to make the entire process seamless. Ungrateful manager for her position and it shows when she comes off rude to an anonymous customer that she would expect to get ignored by the company. Terrible comments from her and it’s shameful how she didn’t work with modesty to stop her ego from showing.
The place was dirty to start. Understaffed and incompetent of what staff was left. Don't dare use the kiosk either. Aside from adding random charges at the end just to switch gravy types, the manager refused to make a change , even though I was up charged almost 3 bucks more. Just avoid this place. I'm shocked its still opened to be honest. Then dealing with kfc customer service was about as pathetic as dealing with the managers non attempt at fixing the problem.
Came in and ordered the Supergirl meal which is a kid toy, 2 chicken strips, fries and a blue drink. A little over 13.00 for a meal because it has a toy and blue drink. The floors are sticky and booth chairs are ripped. The woman that waited on us acted like we were an inconvenience. Also got unsweetened tea to find out they do not carry artificial sweetener. I won’t be back to this nasty place again.
The 10 piece chicken nugget I ordered wasn't fresh it seems like it was sitting in the warmer to long
