I very rarely leave bad reviews. In fact, I usually try to make a point of leaving good reviews when I have a good experience, but the way I was treated here was completely unnecessary. I went through the drive-thru around 7 PM and ordered a Famous Bowl with easy gravy and asked if they could please put the chicken on the side. Service was decent once I was noticed. Seems most people pay with their card at the kiosk so there wasn't someone watching the counter to take orders but after a few moments someone noticed me and was quick to help put my order in. Everyone seemed busy and actively doing their jobs. Bathroom was clean and didn't notice anything that stuck out besides a damaged seat up front that was taped.
