I call bullshit.. not the first time I did not receive my biscuits with a 12 p order...
Stupidly I try this place every few weeks but I think I am finally done. The instant mash potatos are not edible because they dont know how to make them. Its always has lumps in it from not mixing them well. The staff is in no way professional, they could not care less about your quality of food or service. Chicken order is wrong about 30% of the time and about 50% of the time its also old and dry. Even if I go at prime time. So I go 4x's farther to Southern classic chicken which is consistently good about 95% of the time.
My order was messed up and the manager was not concerned and and refused to believe me when I told him what was wrong with my order ….did not recieve a refund or remake of order, very upset! Bad service!
