Placed an order at 3:15pm and reached the store 3:30pm to get the order. They said they didn't have the order and had already given it to someone else. I asked for a refund and was told to call the KFC assistant to get refunded , and I sat in the store for 30 minutes, hoping to get refunded. They started a ticket and have yet to get refunded. Idk why they wouldn't ask for a verification of the order from the customer before handing them the order. When asked, he said the other guy looked similar to me, which makes no sense. ... read more
