Foods always cold. Chicken tasted as if it was cooked hours prior to being served. Fries were could and soggy. Workers acted like it was the end of the world because they had to do minimal work. All in all, this kfc is a joke. I prefer the E National Rd KFC in Vandalia over this one
The fact that they are still taking door dash orders but close the lobby at 11:30 and tell customers they are out of food is crazy to me and then threaten to call the police on customers because they don’t want to do their job. Your whole weekend late night crew needs to be replaced if they want to close the store down early and refuse to do their jobs. Attached is my order and the image of the lady who refused to serve me my food!!!
