I went to to KFC today I met with a manager very pleasant person very helpful I shall return.
I ordered chicken and waffles and without notifying me they were out of waffles and swapped it with the driest biscuits ever we asked for a substitution or a refund they said either a cake or apple pie and the cake is tiny we also ordered sauces which they never gave terrible

I went to this kfc on 7/30/25 for the purchase $15 or more purchase and get a free bucket of chicken, when I got there I did not receive my chicken. They said that the promo did not appear on their screen therefore they could not give it to me. I went and got picture evidence on my order where it said clearly "Promo Applied: Free Bucket with $15+ spend" and showed it to them.
