The service is almost always top notch. The food is good KFC food. I do not have one near where I live so when I have to come to Mt. Pleasant, it's a nice change. I come at times when it's not busy. I always forget to get pictures before we eat.
At 6:30pm on a Sunday lobby is is closed. Customers are wanting to come in and have sit down and have a meal and they can’t. This location will never receive my business. No sign on the door saying why lobby is closed either.
If you want dry chicken that tastes 2 days old and the worst service you've ever had then come here. Absolutely THE WORST KFC I've ever been to in my life.
