Here visiting family and they wanted KFC. We waited for over 20 minutes to get our food. There were three people working in the back along with a cook that wasn’t cooking anything and a manager that had her son in the back. After the manager left for her break everything moved even slower. There was no sense of urgency, customer service or even pleasant communication between employees and to customers. I wish I read the reviews before ordering at this place. It was the worst one for sure. The food took forever, when we said we were going to cancel, they said “the food is right here” we are just missing fries and biscuits. Came home and found out we are missing all our side orders from our bucket meal. The chicken was cold and so greasy. The lady that took our orders seemed to hate her job. Sneezing and coughing in the kitchen and not even wearing masks. 😩 Definitely NOT going back to this place.

Experiencia terrible, pedí un combo familiar y cuando paso por ventanilla a retirar solo me entrega el pollo vacío, frío y viejo, cuando pido entonces papa para acompañarlo uufff, peor que el pollo de viejo
