Around 1:50 PM July 19 at the fifth Ave., KFC The lady working a drive-through window didn't give me a completed order. When I got her attention to let her know, she asked me to come in because she said they get in trouble if we're at the window too long. When I proceeded to come in, she made me wait at the counter without saying anything to me while she finally made the rest of my order, using no gloves with Band-Aids on her hands.
