I went in 2/03/26 order a 12pc family meal mixed with an extra large Mac n cheese first of all, store was very understaffed no one in uniform then after a little wait they said my order was ready so I got home and started making plates for my kids noticed the chicken was very wet(slimy) so I overlooked that continued making plates noticed it wasnt a mixed bucket it was mostly original with 2 crispy wings and only a total of 9 pieces of chicken I paid for 12. I went & picked up lunch today- service was quick & friendly. But my meal was less than desirable- not the chicken nuggets- but the biscuit was doughy in the middle, I couldn't eat it. The drink Starry was flat-no flavor at all. I tried to call them -but received no answer. Also was charged tax on the full meal $9.99 + tax= $10.36. Tax should only be on the drink as I went through the drive thru.
Pésimo servicio los trabajadores están fumando marihuana dentro del establecimiento eso no se ve bien súper mal están todos fando en la cocina y el olor huele en todo el establecimiento
