This place should close down completely there is NEVER anything ready and they always offer to make you wait 30mins this is NOT a fast food restaurant anymore
The district manager Karen is one of the most unprofessional managers that I’ve had ever had to encounter. She’s rude to customers and very disrespectful towards her employees and has such bad customer service. I personally have stopped going since she has taken over as manager. I have reached out to the ALABAMA DEPARTMENT OF LABOR and the health department so an investigation can be conducted! The employees are lovely people but she is not!
This place should not even be open. You walk in and can't place your order, you have to use the kiosk. But if you are paying with cash you have to pay at the register. I placed my order twice and the rude lady working said I must have done it wrong. Then told me its not hard to do, just follow the directions. I'm begging you fire all these people, shut the restaurant down, something. KFC DO BETTER 🙁
