If a 0 was available I'd rate a 0. I order from KFC at least 4 times a month at Millbrook location. Each time orders either wrong, stale chicken, stale taste from old grease old chicken. Almost raw biscuits last 4 visits. I have to check my order each time because something gets left off. KFC needs new management. Employees act like they hate to wait on you no matter how kind you are. I didn't get order wrong the employee did. I didn't half cook biscuits, I didn't leave off items. Sad
Went to the drive today around 2pm. Ordered a Chicken Sandwich combo with Sweet Tea . I get to the window and gave this guy my card and then was told they were out of fries and then the next thing was I Heard a lady Hollering to the drive thru guy ( I told you we were out of Big Buns ) and then he said he was a new employee. Not even worth one star. We ordered to go from there last night. They didn't have but 3 extra Krispy (which was really extra soggy with OLD grease) plus the chicken was dry tasted like it was reheated. The French fries tasted like they were dropped from lunchtime. Even the corn tasted old. Our entire dinner was ruined. The meal was truly pathetic. Very disappointed.
I placed an order online for a family 16 piece tender meal. I get home and chicken looks like day old chicken(hard) and there is no biscuits. I spent $51.69. I’ve tried calling the restaurant and no one answered. I definitely do not recommend at all. KFC lost a customer for life. I will go to Popeyes..
