Do not eat here. They have changed managers for the umpteenth time and the chicken is horrible (again). The last two times we have ordered we were told there would be a 15 minute wait for extra crispy so I got the regular recipe. Not only was what I received not fresh at all, the chicken pieces were the size of a quail. I reached out to KFC about the horrible quality of the food there but received no response. Btw, there were only a couple of other people there during the dinner hour so hopefully word is getting out.
This place is just ok. As much as I want a KFC closer to my home I dont want this one closer to my home. Staff is just there, takes a minute for them to help you or take your order. My order gets done pretty fast but sometimes they forget things. They dont wear hair nets or gloves while handling food. I will say my biggest complaint is that their mac and cheese changed and taste so disgusting and fake now, their chicken is also gross, taste like they just heated up old chicken. By the time I got home, which was 30 minutes away, the chicken looked burnt, but it was because the oil that they used to cook. It had been's weeks old oil because the oil coming out of the chicken was brown. That is disgusting I don't know how you people can serve chicken like this. And keep people working there that serve food to people that pay a lot of money for it. The people that work there shouldn't even have a job.
Great service. Heavy built gentleman with a beard saved us money with the deals they had on. Much appreciated. Hope he gets promoted.
Absolutely the worst KFC I've ever been to.. I ordered chicken and look like someone just dropped a piece of chicken in the fryer no breading or anything. I came here on several different occasions hours before closing and they never had chicken pot pies. The food is dry and overcooked absolutely the worst
