I went there earlier this week. I placed an online order for 8 pieces of chicken at 5:00pm to be picked up at 5:30pm. When I arrived at 5:25pm, I was told they sold out of chicken because they were really busy and they had to make more. They asked me to park and they would bring the chicken to my car. I parked in front. I had a phone call. As I’m on the phone I see multiple cars going through the drive thru and they are not waiting. My call ended. I walked into the store at 6:02. I stop here on Saturday 8/22 around 6 pm with my 2 daughter and honestly I never spect any good service or food to be good of any fast food but this team really surprised me completely ,from cashier to cook persons were so educated, the atmosphere was very nice ,the team treat people with respect that I was admiring them, food was good I really enjoyed my chicken ;it was different this place from others . thank you KfC team on Saturday 8/22 afternoon,

I can’t say for all staff members but at least for the staff that worked during my visit. They were amazing, their kindness, attentiveness and prompt service was outstanding. Everyone working Saturday 8/22 around 6 was beyond my expectations for a fast food chain restaurant. I can’t say I’ll return again since I live far but definitely worth writing a good review. They were also so respectful, I can’t stress that enough. I’m sure they make mistakes but it’s like their kindness just wipes the slate clean.

Do not eat here. They have changed managers for the umpteenth time and the chicken is horrible (again). The last two times we have ordered we were told there would be a 15 minute wait for extra crispy so I got the regular recipe. Not only was what I received not fresh at all, the chicken pieces were the size of a quail. I reached out to KFC about the horrible quality of the food there but received no response. Btw, there were only a couple of other people there during the dinner hour so hopefully word is getting out.
