I was at drive thru and had order but didn’t realize the meal didn’t come with a drink… so I asked the girl if i could order a drink at the window? And she stated “IM ON A TIMER AND DID NOT SELL ME A DRINK!” I would have had to go around and get in line again.. I was on my 30 minute lunch break… I THINK THAT IS A STUPID POLICY! I won’t go there again ! I’ll go to Church’s Chicken for lunch from now on!

I can’t really rate the food because when I got there at 9:35 p.m., they were already out of the Original Recipe. I asked if they were still open since I thought they closed at 10:30 p.m., but the employee told me they were already closed. From now on, I’ll just be going to Popeyes instead.
Great experience today! I noticed the whole team working together to get orders out quickly, and everyone had a smile on their face. It made the atmosphere really positive and welcoming.
