Went in to order the person that was supposed to help me to was so rude I ended up just leaving with out getting any food.
Not open at 10:30 am. Open sign is up and hours say they open at 10 am.
Ordered the 6 wings and fries combo. Chicken is not fully cooked. The breading is almost burned but the chicken is dang near still bleeding and partially raw.
I ordered a three-piece original chicken wings three biscuits a Capri Sun. They charge me for my drink. It’s supposed to be a combo. I got to the house. My order was all wrong. I went back. They took my biscuit. My potato wedges was all in style. it’s ridiculous. I’ll give him a zero.
I come to this KFC quite often and the lady they have working Tonight is the Definition of Great Customer Service !!!! Desiree keep up the great work and leaving a great impression on people !!!
