Beautiful food great taste
This has got to be the worst kfc in Columbus consistently. Out of chicken and fries, another time the chicken was dark brown from really old smelly oil. The chicken isn't crunchy at all, it's a soggy mess. How they're still in business I'll never know. The district manager should be ashamed. Never will get my money again. Thankfully Popeyes is next to them
10 minutes after open employees eating in the lobby says not taking orders
Got my dad and brothers order wrong. My brother got a chicken sandwich with Mac and cheese, but they put fries instead. They guy even put fries on the receipt when he specifically said Mac and cheese. My dad also got fries even though he said gravy. The floors were very slippery. Like they put grease on the floor and let it dry. Most of the soda was out of order. They only had root beer, lemonade, starry, and sweet tea.
