First the lady at the window got my order wrong and instead of fixing right there she said I’d have to go around and order again even know they messed up and no one was behind me. Famous bowl had very little chicken and it was chewy. I don’t expect much from this place because of it’s location yet they fumbled my low standards
Now I understand why the reviews are so low. I went through the drive thru at 10pm. One hour before the posted closing time. No one answered when I said hello multiple times. I sat there for a minute or so before leaving. As i drive around the building to leave, I saw 2 employees inside on their cell phones doing nothing. I guess they don't want any business.
