I put in an order through the app at this location a few weeks back, and went inside when the app notified me my order was ready. It wasnt. I notified them I was there, they said “okay it will be out in a bit”. I waited. And waited. And waited. 15 minutes in another girl walks in and starts waiting for her pickup order. The reason I gave this a four star for service is because it's not necessarily the service that is the problem, it is the wait time. They were making people smaller meals before making the family buckets so we waited 25 minutes for our food before I went in and waited an additional 10 before getting our food. A gentleman was inside giving them the business while I was in the lobby... I just wanted to expedite getting my food and not waiting for them to bring it out. My household was hangry, lol. Anywho.
