Imagine your only job is to have fries chicken and you guys can’t even do that
Today I NEEDED some crispy wings. At first the order got mixed up, no biggie. But then they were out of crispy wings. I was so sad. However, the young lady and gentleman assisting came in clutch and found me 2 wings and a breast in crispy and my evening was saved. Exemplary service!! I will be back!
Every time I come here they seem to not have chicken ready or they get order wrong. I'm not sure what the issue is, but it's got to be the management because the food taste good.
Man, Carl is the man !!!! My brother was helping us doordash some food, and sometimes it's hard for him to place the order I want exactly. My brother put me on speaker and Carl was ON TOP OF IT!!! He even laughed towards the end of the call because I apologized for leaving some stuff out. That man is built for customer service. 🤷♀️ Thank you, Carl You deserve a pay raise!
honestly i love kfc and i love this location because its convenient and the food is very good but this is my second time placing an order online so by the time i arrive its ready. i had stopped by somewhere then came to here and mind you i took like max 5 mins then immediately my order was ready. on the app it says “ your order should be ready on the quick pick - up shelf” so i’m assuming it’s going to be quick where i walk up to the counter and pick my order up and go about my day. no instead i walk in and i look to the cou... read more
