This location was not busy at the time of my arrival so there was no excuse for the service or presentation of food. I was asked to pull forward and wait while I can appreciate fresh food please make sure it’s cooked. Is it even possible to give this KFC no star. I stopped coming to this KFC awhile back because of their shitty service. Today was no different. In the future I will not eat at any KFC establishments. I placed an online order asking for extra crispy legs and thighs. I get there and they are out of extra crispy, they didn't have my order ready (when it said it would be ready in 15 minutes and I live 25 minutes away) and they didn't have any legs.
