My absolute favorite fast food chicken place. Unlike other KFC locations, food is always correct and fresh. Employees are chill and down to Earth. I've never had a problem with a rude employee here. I know what it's like to work in customer service so it helps to have patience with these guys. Alot of patience brings you a long way. UPDATE 3/8 I visited today to get my mother a three piece meal. maybe dont lock the doors 30 minutes before close
Usually the staff is pleasant, the quality is usually good when we do get what what we are looking for. However my reasoning for leaving a lower rating is due to the fact it's a 50/50 on if they have the food we are looking for. As a chicken place that closes at 11 they shouldn't be running out of chicken at 8-9 pm. It seems every other time we go they are our of chicken, Mac , or famous bowls. At that point what do you order ? Lol
