If you are a person who grew up with KFC when it was excellent, you will be very disappointed now. Portions are so small. They mimic Cornish game hens. Spices and seasonings are almost non-existent now. Biscuits are gummy and undercooked. If you're doing online order it's not ready when it says it's going to be and they never seem to get sauces or anything else correct. If this is the service they plan on providing they would do better. Just going bankrupt and shutting the business down
Came in for dinner, and it took them less than 2 minutes to have my small order. They upsold me on a dessert cake but I didn't like the lemon bundt cake. They have other flavors that likely taste better.
Do not eat here. We ordered a family meal the other day($75!) and the chicken tasted awful, missing biscuits and macaroni/cheese. We called and they only refunded us $15! Horrible food and customer service.
Austin made made up for my last experience, the food was great and like it should be!
