A very nice place to go if you like fried chicken.
Somehow they don’t have legs of chicken at 6pm on a Sunday. This location is right by my house so it’s convenient but I won’t ever be back.
CHRONICALLY UNDERSTAFFED. They will NOT have your food ready. If you order from the app, the store will not be able to cancel your order and refund your money-- you will be on hold for the chat agent inside the app! for ages. Employees had their hands tied. Watched several door dashers come in wait and wait and wait, leave with an order, come back and say that the order was missing x, y, z. This has got to be one of the worst locations in Columbus.
