Hot, very polite and quick service.
The food has gone downhill so much and they don't even fill up your sides. You can still see the bottoms of the containers crazy they do like one scoop for a large side. I literally only go there for the sides because the chicken is no good $20 for four large sides and they're not even filled is crazy.
Ordered pot pies which were normally very good. This time the first bite was a big piece of fatty skin. Then by ⅓ of the way through I had dug out a ton more skin and breading. This was gross and we are very unhappy. My family feels that we should never go here again. This place either has a brand new very poor business model or they have some seriously disgruntled employees. I recommend avoiding this location they fix their quality issues.
