The food was really good and fresh and the young lady tonight in the drive thru gets a A+ for her customer service skills. So polite
The food is ok. A little dry but decent flavor. The chicken breast seems to be their best piece of meat. Their mac&cheese is delicious! The service is good - as in how nice they are to customers. However, just about everytime I order, something is left out of my order. Shorted me on biscuits, left out my fries, left out my gravy.... If they are not already doing it, someone needs to look at the ticket and double check the contents before giving the filled order to the customer.
I would like to express my concerns regarding the service at this location. On multiple occasions, I have experienced extended wait times for food, with one instance lasting 45 minutes without resolution. This pattern appears consistent during our visits, and I believe it may be impacting overall customer satisfaction. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
This place is always on point. The service is always great. The ladies here are so helpful and professional. Love coming here. The food is always good also. Great service and fast.
I've been here a couple of times recently, and the service is awesome. The crew there keeps the restaurant clean, and the chicken and potatoes are hot and coleslaw is blended good and is cold as it should be. I'd like to give an update.
